CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES
If you have purchased a workshop that consists of multiple sessions, you must complete the live sessions within two months of making the purchase.
You are eligible to request us to change the date/time of your sessions a total of two times.
If you have purchased a single-day workshop but are unable to attend, we will try our best to accommodate you in a future workshop, depending on the availability of seats.
The workshop fee will not be refunded, even if you are unable to attend, unable to stay for the complete duration, or if you are having Internet-related problems.
If the trainer reschedules your sessions due to his/her unavailability more than four times, you are eligible for a refund of the fee of the remaining sessions.
LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
girishmenon.com is not liable for damages that may arise from your use, or inability to do so, of the services and your products. These services include, but are not limited to the following: direct or indirect damages, incidental, punitive or consequential damages.
